We are excited to announce that a highly skilled and very experienced Remedial Massage therapist is joining the team at Discover Chiropractic Ballina. 

Nat, from Northern Rivers Therapy is now working on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays.

Remedial Massage

Remedial Massage is the manipulation of the soft tissues of the body – the muscles, tendons and ligaments.

Remedial massage assesses and treatments injuries and musculo-skeletal conditions.

It involves the treatment of the muscles, fascia (connective tissue), ligaments and tendons which are prone to overuse, overloading, shortening or lengthening, which produce aches, pains and injuries.

Nat is a well known therapist having worked in the Northern Rivers for 7 years. She has over 12 years experience in the field.

Her techniques include:

• Myofascial Release
• Foot Reflexology
